All products sold by Window Film Supply are custom-cut based on the measurements provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all dimensions submitted are accurate. Due to the custom nature of our products: – All sales are final. – We do not accept returns or exchanges.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We ship all orders using trusted carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. – If an item is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no cost to you. – Photo proof of the damage must be provided within 7 days of delivery. – Please email clear images of the damaged product and packaging to [your email address].

3. Refunds and Replacements

Due to the nature of custom products, we do not issue refunds. – Replacements are only offered for items damaged in transit with proper proof submitted.

4. Order Modifications

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after they have been submitted. Please review all measurements and selections carefully before checkout.
