Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Window Film Supply. We strive to provide high-quality custom-cut window film to meet your needs. Due to the nature of our products, we ask that you carefully review our Returns and Refunds Policy below:

  1. All Sales Are Final
    Because all window film is cut to custom dimensions, we do not accept returns on any orders. Please double-check all measurements and product selections before completing your purchase.
  2. Damaged Items During Shipping
    If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To qualify for a replacement, you must provide:

          – A photo of the damaged item

          – A photo of the original packaging

          – Your order number and full name

          Once verified, we will ship a replacement film at no additional cost.

  1. Incorrect or Defective Products
    If you receive a product that does not match your order or appears defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to make it right.
  2. Refunds
    We do not offer refunds for custom-cut items. In eligible cases of incorrect or damaged shipments, a replacement will be issued.
